It’s just my impression, but it looks like Windows selects a frame linus in low light that’s even lower than 5fps. My laptop is a Asus K53E.
One must download and install the “video for linux” V4L packade cng7129 64 or 32 bit systems. The changes as you increase the fps setting are gradual, and even the darkest one isn’t awful or as bad as the CNF at the non-working fps settings.
